Older Classification of Extant Euarchontoglires
Previously, the scandentia were placed with the primatomorpha within the clade euarchonta. In turn, the euarchonta and the glires (rodents and rabbits) made up the euarchontoglires.

Now that the scandentia are known to be more closely related to the glires, the clade euarchonta is considered to be invalid.
